Ranking the Roy Kids by Who Should Have Been the Succesor (Tv)

Succession is one of the most nuanced and quite frankly fun shows to come out in the last 20 years. Now that it has been in the rearview mirror for over a year let’s rank the 4 Roy kids based on which should have been the successor by series end. Yes, Connor gets to be on this list too. So let’s rank the back stabbing, wisecracking, power hungry kids we have all grown to hate to love over the years. Without further ado the Quad Culture Succession hierarchy we hope Logan Roy would have loved but probably wouldn’t have. 4: Connor Roy Despite his potential 1% had he stayed in the presidential race Connor is the least cut throat and has the least knowledge of the business. In a lot of the ways he is the least like his father or pop as he calls him and while in most cases this is a good thing in the case of the business Connor is thoroughly behind his three half siblings. Also the arranged marriage with a prostitute just is not a good look for the CEO of a major media company...

Taylor Swift Albums Ranked

If you have come here because you read the title of this article and are a die hard Taylor Swift fan ready to defend your favorite songs that didn’t make the list, you’ve come to the right place. Let me preface your reading experience by first saying that I have always been one to have a few unpopular opinions and I am subject to bias (who isn’t about something so close to your heart?). I have favorite albums and albums that have been clouded by my sister overplaying two songs from it that have led to its untimely grade in my overall ranking of Taylor Swift albums. Feel free to disagree. Or agree. But first, let me explain why this article has been placed in oh-so-capable hands. My sister and I have been Taylor Swift fans since her debut album (one ‘Taylor Swift’) was released in 2006. We listened to it obsessively on our bubblegum pink Hello Kitty CD player on a continuous loop. Times haven’t changed much; now we just listen to the Tortured Poet’s Society and 1989 (Taylor’s Version) o...

The Start of What Hopes to be a Beautiful Sounding Game Winning Friendship (Quad Culture Staff)

Howdy, it’s odd to introduce something that has been on my Brain for over a year but nonetheless today that is what I hope to do. Quad Culture is a dream and me and my writers can’t wait for you to see it become a reality. However I’ll leave the emotionally complex stuff to the talented staff I am actively assembling as you read. I’ll keep it short and sweet. If you love sports this is the place for you. If you love movies this is the place for you. If you love tv this is the place for you. If you love music this is the place for you. If for some awkward and outlandishly odd reason none of those things are for you I’d still love it if you gave us a read. I mean why not you are already here. I above all encourage engaging with the content debate with the content but be respectful as that’s the way we can all enjoy it. Excited for you to be a part of this little dream of mine and hope you stick around and bring some friends or enemies with you to the party. Happy readi...

Tim Riggings...Forever (Tv)

It’s been over 10 years since the last episode of Friday Night Lights aired. It’s funny now to think that the show has bounced from streaming service to streaming service, still remaining in some vague sense of popularity. One of the unquestionable strengths of the show that follows high school football coach Eric Taylor is that despite his name often running first in the credits he is seemingly not the main character. In fact the coach like all great coaches acts as more of a catalyst for those around him to shine. In this sense there are many great characters and with them many great actors that entered the show however no story is more interesting than that of Tim Riggins, played by Taylor Kitsch. If you haven’t seen Friday Night Lights you may still recognize Kitsch. For the longest time he was tabbed as the next big star in Hollywood but a few box office failures later, Kitsch is still most well known for his often silent role as the troub...
